Company has recently been taken over by MSX International to expand their markets in Asia Pacific & the Middle east.
Opportunities are given in the form of tough challenges, it's up to you whether you want to take it as a challenge or keep blaming someone.
Endless scope to learn things on your own if you are willing to put genuine efforts.
No major Cons that i can think of.
Advice to Management
More focus has to be given to Employee succession planning with a standard process that gives fair & equal opportunities to all employees to learn and grow through continuous mentor-ship to produce future leaders.
Telephonic interview to understand the profile,
HR Round - To assess communication skill,
Technical Round to check the sound Financial knowledge
Managerial Round - To assess the interpersonal skill & ability to work as a team player
