Advice to Management
Dont listen to a Banker with no manufacturing experience
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Shamrock Precision (Farmers Branch, TX) in February 2013.
The interview process was easy. First interview involved common machining questions such as indicating in drills and S.F.M, changing inserts and spotting dull inserts. There were also questions concerning shift requirements and prior supervisor-level experience.
