Sharp continues to support Family Promise of Bergen County and the children of Camp Lots-of-Fun. This Tuesday, we donated 30 bags for the campers. These Sharp bucket bags include: a Sharp water bottle with cooling towel, a Sharp lunch bag, sunscreen, Sharp socks and a pack of 10 daily use masks. Family Promise of Bergen County helps support working homeless families of Bergen County.
In these uncertain times, we realize that many of our customers are living in a new work reality. We know that the COVID-19 pandemic has created uncertainty in all our businesses. Sharp also knows that many at the front lines in healthcare, our first responders, doctors, nurses, and teachers, are learning new ways to leverage technology. To that end, we have instituted travel restrictions, opened broad work-from-home policies wherever possible and are adhering to social-distancing best practices. Additionally, we are enforcing a strict return-to-work policy that requires employees exhibiting any symptoms to stay at home for a set amount of time.

Great people, culture, management, benefits, product and partners! In my role, work / life balance is, let's just say, "intertwined". That said, there is tremendous flexibility.
Minimal cons! My only real gripe regarding benefits is no vacation carry over. Must use your vacation time as accrued.
Advice to Management
Keep listening to your customers! Now more than ever, feedback from the field is extremely important! Also, continuing focus on leading the pack vs following the herd in regards to product development is also key!
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Sharp Electronics (US).
It was a two stage interview , Firstly with the Finance manager then with the CFO. Pretty straightforward interview process. Felt comfortable with the interview and it was not awkward.
