The interview process was one of the most disappointing I’ve ever encountered. There were 6 rounds for a lower end paying salary in which 2-3 were redundant. This process was drawn out for a month and 2 weeks. Making it to the final round and waiting for updates days at a time in between were I had to keep asking for updates on next steps because during my 5th and 6th interview I am seeing the Job listing uploaded again. That would make it twice since my interview and recent denial email. They are time wasters and I am starting to think they are posting this job for brand awareness and not to actually fill the role. They only had 2 positions open and had over 900 applicants between 3 duplicate job postings. What’s the problem? The reasoning they gave me for the denial didn’t make sense as I was well equipped for the role.InterviewThey want to know how you deal with customers and are you able to move in the direction they want for this new role.

...being a startup, it doesn't pay as much as many other places do and doesn't give out regular raises (but does have excellent other benefits and such a great culture that it mostly makes up for it)...
