I have been working at Sheraton full-time (More than a year)
Developing and having great a rapport with returning guests.
I enjoy making weekly schedules for 2 different departments and having monthly meetings.
No healthcare benefits.
Staff feels under appreciated by ownership.
Ownership is too involved with property rather than letting management do their job.
All managers are made to work 6 days a week every week. Some work over 60 hours, including myself.
Advice to Management
Need more communication between all management from each department.
Very easy interview with manager on duty. Manager asked about why I was interested in the job and how I felt I was a good fit. Overall it was very casual which was nice.
