    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Sherpany full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I believe the job is interesting and gives you a lot of room for self-management and growing within the company. The ideas are taken positively because the management sees new ideas as an opportunity to become better, so they encourage it. The individuals working at Sherpany are really talented and there are really cool vibes (beers after work, common events, lunches, etc.).

    Cons

For the moment I don't really see negative aspects because my expectations are at the same level of what I do and receive.

    Advice to Management

    Keep pushing ;)

    Interview

    Time wasters. Resume collectors. Spammers.

I got an automated reply, despite me being professional at Django, that they need to meet their requirements more closely. And they claim they need a bachelor's or master's degree to do Django... As if Django database engines refuse to connect if you don't enter a university certificate.

They pay rates too low to get good programmers. So they hire bad programmers and are huge hypocrites. They hold grandiose opinions of their ability, while downplaying those who have true talent and skill, in order to protect their positions they got out of luck. They get the job and a paycheck, while the real people who could make the business succeed are rejected by inept CTO.

They claim they're hiring remote world-wide, but they're not willing to get top talent and pay American rates, with full labor protections and salaries. These guys are Anti-American. Shame on you!
