    Difficult Interview

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ShipStation (Austin, TX) in Aug 2021

This was my third interview with ShipStation over an 8 year time period and every single time it has be AWFUL. They lead you on like they are excited to work with you and then bail all communications. They would be LUCKY to have someone of my experience but choose to go with younger and less experienced people. Customer Service is NOT what they care about.

Tell me about your customer service background.
