Pieterjan Bouten

CEO & Co-Founder


Showpad is the second company Pieterjan has founded. In 2010 he co-founded the mobile development agency, In The Pocket and still serves on its board. Prior to In The Pocket, Pieterjan held senior roles at Netlog and Accenture and holds masters degrees in both Communication Sciences and International Business.


 

Louis Jonckheere

CPO & Co-Founder


Showpad is also the second company Louis has founded. He and his co-founder, Pieterjan, founded the mobile development agency, In The Pocket in 2010, where Louis still serves on the board. Prior to In The Pocket, Louis was a Strategic Partnership Manager at Netlog, where he first met Pieterjan. Louis also holds masters degrees in both Law and Business.


 

Jason Holmes

President & COO


Jason is responsible for Showpad’s marketing, sales, customer success, and partnerships globally. He believes that creating customer value through making salespeople successful every day is Showpad’s foundation. Jason was last Chief Operating Officer at Marketo (pre-IPO through take-private) and has spent time in global executive roles at Adobe, Omniture, and Oracle. He holds a MBA from Northern Illinois University.


Don Matejko

CRO


Don is responsible for scaling up Showpad’s revenue growth worldwide. His extensive SaaS experience includes building high performance global sales teams and transforming companies like SAP Hybris and Adobe into high-growth market leaders.


 

Peter Minne

Co-Founder


Peter started his journey by building web apps for MTV, then helped kickstart the mobile development company In The Pocket as Lead Developer. As Showpad's technical co-founder, he wrote the first line of code of our platform.


 

Theresa ONeil

VP Marketing


As leader of Showpad’s global marketing team, Theresa is responsible for increasing awareness, generating leads, and supporting all channels to grow revenue. She has delivered marketing, sales and business development strategy for companies such as PowerReviews and IBM.


Chris De Mol

VP Engineering


Chris has more than 15 years of experience in leading development teams at companies like Fifthplay, Technicolor and Sopra Steria. He is an experienced technical manager skilled with navigating both cultural and technical differences and is a strong believer of agile methodology.


 

Hendrik Isebaert

VP Sales EMEA


Before joining Showpad, Hendrik held different positions in Sales and Marketing at Procter & Gamble. After a stint in consulting at Bain & Company he enrolled in the MBA program at Harvard Business School. Upon graduating, he joined Showpad as Chief of Staff to the CEO. Hendrik now manages the sales team in EMEA.


 

Jacob Quartier

VP Finance


Prior to Showpad, Jacob had several finance roles at Nuance Communications and Profource. While serving those companies, he did several international assignments. Jacob holds a master degree in Business Economics.


Peter Geiregat

VP People


Peter is responsible for attracting, developing, and engaging the best people at Showpad. Previously, he was Chief People Officer at Real Impact Analytics and Director Human Capital Europe at Russell Reynolds in London. In the US, he worked at the HQ of a semiconductor company. Peter holds a law and business degree.


 

Gauri Chawla

Head of Global Business Development and Alliances


Gauri leads the global business development and alliance teams at Showpad. She has built global alliance and sales teams, strategic relationships, and partner ecosystems for companies such as Accenture, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, IBM, Oracle, and Marketo.

Onboarding

To kickstart your future at Showpad, we welcome you to our team with onboarding Basecamp courses. Here, you’ll get all the training you need to hit the ground running. In the first weeks, you’ll learn all about the company, the culture, the product, our vision, our beloved customers and the extraordinary people at Showpad. We grow quickly, and we expect you to keep up.

The beginning

You’ll work with your specific department to set up a training schedule that includes clear objectives and regular 1on1s to ensure continuous development. Outside of your team you’ll have the chance to workshop your professional skills by attending leadership cafés and conferences lead by external speakers and passionate Showpad employees.

    Interview

    Quick & easy. The interviews were mostly conversational to get to know the candidates. There was an initial phone interview followed by a video conference in which you meet with 2-3 employees in different departments. Overall, the experience was painless and came with ease.
