The Quaker values infuse everything except the managers.
Advice to Management
Sidwell would really benefit from requiring managers to take at least one course a year aimed at making them better supervisors/leaders.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Sidwell Friends School (Washington, DC).
The hiring process is based on applicants looking in the company website sending the resume , waiting for an email or phone call stating the interest of the human resources department has an interest in their resume and then forwarding to the department head to schedule an interview. The whole process will determine by the department that has the interest in the applicant.
