Mission: Simplicity is the centerpiece of the strategies we develop that reveal the unique truths of an organization, the engaging stories we create that connect brands with their audiences and the meaningful experiences we deliver that are both unexpectedly fresh and remarkably clear.
In every one of our offices, opportunities abound – with “smart, nice and unstoppable” people vigorously tackling high-impact projects for high-profile clients and having fun doing it.
At Siegel+Gale, you’ll work with a talented team of passionate individuals driven toward a single goal: creating world-class brands and communications that help organizations realize their true potential. If you’ve got our bent towards both creative and analytic thinking, you can help develop elegantly simple, unexpectedly fresh solutions to complex problems—making a major impact on your clients, your colleagues and your career.
Ready for a challenge? We’d love to hear from you.
“Siegel+Gale has some of the smartest people I’ve ever worked with, and we never stop trying to get better. This creates an openness to new ideas. Everyone here has a voice, so no matter what your title or role, you can have an impact.”
Lisa, Senior strategist, Los Angeles Office
We start with a simple and indisputable truth: brands that commit to simplicity—and those who experience them—win.
So that’s what we help you do.
We champion simplicity to help your brand reach its true potential. This focus allows us to reveal the essential truths of your organization, tell engaging stories that connect with your audiences and deliver simple experiences that look, sound and feel different. Breathtaking, but obvious. Familiar, but new. Unexpectedly fresh and remarkably clear.
If you’re willing to make the hard choices necessary to achieve simplicity, your brand will inspire more confidence, engender more trust and become more meaningful.
Fortunately, your first choice is easy. Work with us.
Social responsibility is rooted in the basic human instinct to help others and do the right thing.
Our CSR program is grounded in the core elements of our values and ethos—harnessing the power of simplicity to build world-class brands, driving innovation to solve clients’ problems and helping organizations and people realize their full potential. It stems directly from the truth of who we are.
We partner with the global nonprofit Unreasonable Institute to select our CSR Siegel+Gale Fellows. These social entrepreneurs are developing simple solutions to the world’s most complex problems—including poverty, hunger, pollution and lack of access to educational opportunities. All of them are thinking about challenges in innovative and imaginative ways.
We collaborate with the Fellows to create compelling brand stories and experiences that achieve business and social impact. In short, we bring their brands to life. For our Fellows, this means helping them meet their ambitious goals of improving the lives of more than one million people.
Our 2012 CSR Siegel+Gale Fellows are:
Michael Wilkerson, Tugende (formerly Own Your Own Boda), Uganda—Tugende helps motorcycle taxi (boda boda) drivers in Uganda own rather than rent their taxis to accelerate out of poverty. Michael, a former journalist and Fulbright scholar, is co-founder and CEO of this three-year-old for-profit social enterprise.
Mouhsine Serrar, Prakti Design, Haiti—Prakti Design brings fuel-efficient cooking along with its health, economic and social benefits to the world’s poorest women. Mouhsine’s affordable and elegant cookstove is already improving the quality of life for more than 100,000 people in India, Nepal and Haiti.
We reward our most talented employees with the opportunity to work with the Fellows—and make a significant impact on the entrepreneurs’ promising organizations. Providing branding and customer experience expertise also sparks the passions of our staff, many of whom are committed to confronting—and overcoming—complicated social problems in their own communities and beyond.
Our home territory of North America includes three locations; in addition to our New York City flagship office, we operate from both Los Angeles and San Francisco—serving a panoply of clients across every sector.
The cosmopolitan cities of Dubai and Riyadh—focal points for economic growth and development—host our Middle East and Africa office. From here, our diverse team serves burgeoning new economies through our work with energy, financial services and telecommunications companies as well as governmental organizations involved in culture, tourism and education.
With offices in both Beijing and Shanghai, we're well positioned to guide our clients through what many are calling "the Chinese Century." As a once-dormant branding market continues to grow and thrive, our teams of talented strategists, artists and technologists help global and Chinese brands alike navigate the complexities of this fascinating region.
Our London and Hamburg locations boast agile teams harnessing the new markets and fluid business opportunities of a rapidly transforming Europe. Based in major market centers, both offices serve an ever-expanding list of clients in the financial services, telecommunications, media, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and technology sectors.

Advice to Management
Create a mentoring program, you have a lot to share with others
I applied online. I interviewed at Siegel+Gale.
I applied online and was reached out to in less than a week! I've long admired the company and was impressed by its efficiency.
The HR screening was delayed a few days, but the interviewer was genuine and engaging. I was told there was a candidate further along in the process, but I could possibly be eligible for a summer position and would hear back in one week. It was very professional and courteous gesture, which I appreciated.
Well, one week came, then two weeks, then two months. I sent two follow-up emails and never received a response. This was deeply disappointing coming from a company whose work and culture I thought so highly of.
This was not at all the experience I was expecting from a company such as Siegel+Gale. For a company that stresses simplicity, treating candidates with respect sounds pretty simple to me. Please do better.
