WILSONVILLE, Ore. – Mary Kofstad, APRN, MSN, is the new Division President of Signature Healthcare at Home.
Kofstad has been with the company since 2015 where she started as Director of Clinical Services. She most recently served as Vice President of Clinical Operations where she ensured Signature’s services matched the company’s quality standards as well as federal and state requirements. She also implemented a new Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
In her new role as Division President, she plans to continue cultivating a quality home-based healthcare system started by previous President Bob Thomas. Mary will focus on the overall operations of Signature’s home health and hospice services to ensure they are efficient, successful, and available to the community.

Signature Clinical Internships: Leading The Future One Student At A Time
Our commitment to students is the commitment to the future of Signature. We offer a solid foundation for all clinical student rotations by providing the student with a leader, mentor and role model within Signature Home Health and Hospice.
The purpose of the Clinical Supervisor Internship program is to provide student nurses, therapists, social workers and chaplains with an experienced Signature Employee (RN, LPN, OT, PT, MSW, LCSW or Chaplain) who is responsible for training and developing the student’s clinical skills within the written Clinical Internship policies and procedures, agreement and skill checklist in the Student Manual.
Signature Clinical Internship Supervisors and Mentors must have at least 1 year of full-time employment with Signature Home Health and Hospice. Our Clinical Internship Supervisors have demonstrated their dedication to continuing education and have indicated to the Signature Home Health and Hospice Home Office a desire to become a student mentor.
Signature offers observation opportunities for students pursuing a degree in nursing, therapy, social work or chaplaincy or job shadows for professionals interested in home care, home health or hospice. Signature considers a true student observation or job shadows as NO patient care or treatment provided. Please submit a request below for observation or job shadow opportunities.
