I worked at Signs Now full-time (Less than a year)
Good for starting out
Learn quite a few new skills
Basically if you want to get into industrial print this is an ok place to start
No employer loyalty to their employees
Last minute calls will give you unwanted overtime
No communication from management what your goals are or feedback on how you are doing at the company
Advice to Management
A bit more interaction with employees in a positive manner goes a long way. "The floggings will continue until morale improves" is not a good mantra to follow
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Signs Now (North Richland Hills, TX) in September 2014.
Over the phone little to no training they wanted me to take the shop and run with it before knowing how to use most the busted and outdated equipment and non legal software.
