With more than 20 conference rooms, comfortable meeting areas, treadmill workstations, a relaxation room and coffee stations throughout, employees are able to step away from their desks to brainstorm or simply recharge.

Sikich University provides an informative and engaging “core curriculum,” which is fundamental to realizing firm-wide objectives and soft skill development. In order to build deep technical experts, courses within our “custom curriculum” provide employees with training related to their role within the firm and the service area they primarily serve.
Sikich University offers training programs in the following areas:
Sikich University-led “New Joiner Core” is a team-oriented program that is built into our employees’ on-boarding process at the firm. With speed networking, simulations, icebreakers and solution-based problem solving, employees, new and veteran, get the chance to connect.

I have been working at Sikich full-time
A large number of people are able to work either completely from their homes or if working in an office can typically work at least one day a week from home. I love the flexibility of being able to work at home when I need to be there for my kids. Any time something comes up family related my boss is always completely understanding and let's me do what I need to do to make life easier, knowing that they can trust me to still get the job done.
The only con I can think of is that we just need to increase opportunities for those in the offices to get together. Since we do have so many at clients or working from home it makes it more of a challenge for group fun events and makes the office super quiet. But they are trying to increase those with a Halloween gathering and a holiday lunch that everyone is invited to.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sikich in October 2013.
It was a long day that consisted of 10 30 minute interviews. They were broken up with a lunch in between. It was pretty laid back and all interviews were essentially the same. Most questions were behavioral and wanted to hear about previous experiences that relate to the position.
