    Pros

Owners are great people to work for, they treat you like family.
They have many opportunities to grow and encourage education. They give to the community.

    Cons

Some poor communication with some of the management. (not owners) Work flow is based on how the economy is doing.
    Insurance benefits could be better.

    Advice to Management

Some of the people that were in management while I was there look out more for themselves then the company as a whole.
