    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Silicon Storage (Sunnyvale, CA) in February 2011.

    Interview

It was going well during the interview process. Because I have been in the IT industry for long time, I really have no issues when they asked me any tech related questions. By the same token, I further showed my ability and skills for IT related jobs, such as unit test, QA, UAT, production migration, and etc.
It was a really nice interview with this company. However, very soon after the interview, I got an other offer which seems to be much better; therefore, I ended up with choosing another company. Anyway, this company, I think, seems to be a good one.
