I love how more focused on talent they are these days - it definitely shows what with the increase in benefits and bonding activities. You feel like they truly appreciate you and the work you do here. There's a great culture fostering and HR should keep up the great work.
There is definitely a steep learning curve here. There are people who have been at this company for 5+ years who still struggle with aspects of the software at times.

Original contact came through a recruiter. The first part consisted of a 45 minute face to face with HR and a technical supervisor, Next phase was a more extensive and more technical interview on site. The interview process was less technical than other interviews, but still challenging. Company seems to be very people driven.
