I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SimilarWeb (Israel) in Oct 2021

The interview process was very nice, friendly, fast and professional.
A Talent Acquisition Manager contacted me via LinkedIn and invited me to interview for the role. From that message until the offer only 16 days have passed.
The whole process was online: HR interview -> interview with the hiring manager (VP of ProductOps) -> Panel interview (4 30min interviews back to back with 3 directors of product management and the hiring manager again) -> HR interview -> offer (no home assignment or presentation)

All the people I met were super friendly and down to earth. I actually never felt like I was interviewed or “questioned” even tough I obviously was asked a lot of questions. All interviews felt like discussions and I was given the feeling that people also want to know who I am as a person.
What also added a lot to my positive experience was the fact that I never had to wait for long in order to know if I made it to the next stage. After the panel interview was over only two hours passed and the Talent Acquisition Manager messaged me that I passed, fastest response ever!

To say that the experience was great is an understatement.

Mostly “tell me about a time when...” behavioral questions about communication, how I managed pushback, disagreements or other situations in my past work. One interviewer asked a product sense question where I had to define a company’s North Star KPI and other important KPIs. Tip: Be prepared to do that for companies from more traditional industries that are not related to the internet
