   I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Simplify Healthcare (Pune) in Jan 2022

   Interview

   The HR contacted, took the basic details. A few days later HR called again and scheduled a technical interview. I cleared that and then they sent an assignment that was way too big to simply understand someone's writing skills. I still did that, after submitted there was radio silence for a week and the HR called again said that the people evaluating my test wan to talk to me again. I agreed and we had another call, only this time they said they liked my assignment personally but I need to redo the whole thing to according to the new instructions they are giving now. I refused and immediately accepted that this process is over, however, they assured me that we are going ahead with the next round because they really liked me for the company. They said HR will contact me with the offer and further process. It's been 3 weeks since then, and no work from them. I mean, if they were rejecting me why tell me that I am getting an offer?
