I have been working at Simplus full-time (More than a year)
- Work/Life Balance
- Emphasis on continuing education
- Ability to keep finger on pulse of company and direction it is heading
- Last but not least employees I work with it
There isn't a "perfect" company out there. If there was I'd be able to work for 5 years then retire. If there was a 4.5 that is what I would give. I've been doing this for close to 20 years; therefore, I'm not drinking the company kool-aid. I was with one of the big 4 consulting companies prior to this and it is night and day.
I could argue benefits, but I'm single and everything gets paid for by company. If you have a family the $ allocated to benefits won't fall within a Fortune 500.
Advice to Management
Keep up the hard work!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Simplus (Salt Lake City, UT).
It was tough and thorough. Felt personal and natural. Seems like everyone really cares about business. Everyone was tough but fair. I spend the day in the SLC headquarters for interviews and really enjoyed the office energy.
