I have been working at Sirius Computer Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)
The company has a great culture and i feel that the management is in the right direction, the work load is more dependent upon the projects but working from home helps in taking that tension of having to drive everyday and waste valuable time.
The 401K plan sucks and the PTO carry over is almost zero as if you do not take PTO then you do not accumulate further. I learned that the hard way. I think there is room for improvement in both the above mentioned places. From career pov, once you hit the senior title the growth can slow down as there are not many opportunities that you can take advantage off and if I leave the company, then this might be the only reason.
Advice to Management
improve 401K and work on PTO carry over or have some flexibility and growth opportunities are critical for engineers who are sitting for 3 years at the same title.

Lunch Mtg with senior Exec who shared the history of the company and their future plans, direction and vision. I shared with him my past experience and hiw it could align with their future plans and goals. We agreed that thier was definitely a need and I met the requirements. We then discussed the timing for them and my availability.
