I worked at Sisters of Providence Health part-time
Flexible for a college student (I worked per diem and during the school year I worked every other week)
Coworkers were incredibly easy to work with
Discounts on food
Pay could have been higher for the job done
Doctors, patients and guests incredibly rude to workers (superiority complex)
Advice to Management
Listen to employees (not just supervisors, but the underogs as well)
Pay better wages for the jobs done
Knowing work was appreciated would have made job better, instead of just being another cog in the machine
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Sisters of Providence Health (Springfield, MA) in May 2015.
I got a call back in 3 days. I went in for my interview and she just talked to me about my availability and then I got the job. Not much of an interview. She showed me around the kitchen and introduced me to people. The process took about 2 weeks and they do drug test.
