    Pros

The product is solid and delivers on its promise. Customers and developers love Sitecore. The people at Sitecore are very intelligent, honest and care about our customer's experience launching and living with Sitecore.

    Cons

As a privately-held, growth company, the process is still being refined. Things can take longer to accomplish than they should or could. Leadership is changing and we hope it continues to be for the better.

    Advice to Management

Customer's first - marketers, technologists, developers, partners. Our communications and structure should continue to support our customers and partners with thoughtfulness, honesty and empathy. Product development is on the right path!

    Lead Qualification Manager Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Sitecore (Manchester, NH) in May 2016.

    Interview

I applied online through Indeed for a Sales position, I was contacted by a Hiring Manager that felt I didn't have the right qualifications for a Sales role and they offered me the LQM role. Had another phone interview with department manager the same week and the following week was asked to come on site. Met the manager (HR is based out of CA and this office was in NH) and the rest of the team to discuss the role of LQM in terms of the sales department. Left the interview feeling great and due to some staff on vacation it took a few extra weeks for me to find out that I didn't get the job.

I was overqualified for the LQM role and not quite right for Sales, however, some of the team I spoke with had far less experience at Sales than I did (I have 7 years) and jumped in. I was hoping to be offered a Sales spot since there were a few open but that didn't happen.
