I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sitecore (San Francisco, CA).

Applied online. Screened by a recruiter who then set me up to talk to the hiring manager. That conversation was very odd. I don't know if he was nervous or what but he talked aimlessly and nonstop and only talked about the travel and perks of the job. I almost felt like I was being sold to. I can't remember being asked a single question. I cut the rambling conversation off because I just couldn't take it anymore and the hiring manager said he would set me up to talk to other members of his team. I never heard back from anyone.
