    I have been working at Sitel full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Everyone at SITEL kingston becomes like family, it is an amazing atmosphere and I have had the chance to learn so many new skills that have been used at work and in my personal life. Its in a great location near the train station and has parking if you drive. The building has just been refurbished and is a lovely environment with all projects having a kitchenette (a bit like being on holiday) and an area to sit/chat.

    There are lots of social events and opportunities to enter competitions on a team and individual level so it becomes more than just a work place - these are not however mandatory so if you don't feel like you would like to participate there is no feeling that you are being forced.

    Management is very supportive of individuals, I am a single mother and have found that SITEL have always been supportive of me physically and mentally through the ups and downs of life and I have always been able to maintain the work life balance that is needed when you are on your own. I have been here 7 years because this is a place I can enjoy coming to work but also enjoy having my life outside of work with my son.

    There is a large focus on self improvement which is also excellent, lots of health and well being events (massages, free fruit etc) as well as professional self improvement with monthly (or sometimes fornightly) checkins.

    Cons

    No vending machines for food.
