    I have been working at Siteworx full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Siteworx is growing fast and there are endless opportunities for employee growth and development. The culture is energetic, transparent, passionate, honest....and FUN! The CEO exemplifies all these characteristics and encourages employees to do the same. All my co-workers are hardworking, honest individuals who I feel lucky to be spending so much time with each day. The employees and their passion for their work and customers is what makes this company great. Siteworx has gone through a lot of changes over the past couple years and we are now in position for exponential growth. This is going to be a really exciting time over the next year!

    Cons

    The company is rapidly growing to keep up with digital changes, and this type of environment demands people who have the ability to move quickly as things change. This is a huge opportunity for individuals who are creative, motivated and forward-thinking, but not for those who want to coast and have a siloed position.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to encourage and empower employees to learn and grow. Since we are moving so fast, be sure to constantly communicate with employees.

    I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Siteworx (Reston, VA) in April 2016.

    Interview

    Phone screen with the hiring manager, then brought in for in-person interviews very quickly. Good people, very comfortable interview process.

    Feedback was provided during the case study part of the interview.

    There was a lack of a follow, however. I had to contact them, to find out that they'd chosen not to move forward.
