I have been working at Skagit Casino full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They don't discriminate against women and minorities. They offer full-time jobs with benefits.

    Cons

Late-night shift work is very difficult physically.

    Advice to Management

Workers on the night shift should earn a bit more than the day shift in order to compensate them for the greater physical sacrifice.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Skagit Casino (Mount Vernon, WA) in December 2016.

    Interview

They were really nice and friendly. The people were pleasant and treated you like a human being. The application was simple and the employee entrance and waiting room was nice. The interview lasted about an hour and everyone involved was very friendly. They asked pointed questions about the job but I never felt like I was under attack. It was just pleasant!
