    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Skanska (Portland, OR).

    Interview

15 minute phoner, went over resume. Received email invite to participate in panel interview a few days later. Friendly people, very warm and comfortable. Strange they really were not prepared for the interview. There was no list of questions. Basically I was asked to go over my resume and employment history. Interesting. One of the ladies obviously was bored and not listening because I am currently employed a mile away but live in another city. She asked how I would feel about the commute. DOH!
