SkillPath, a leading provider of learning and development solutions in the U.S. and around the world, is currently looking for qualified contract trainers. This is a great opportunity for those who are seeking 1099 contract training work; this is not a full-time position with SkillPath.

As a SkillPath trainer, you will have the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 firms, government agencies, military bases, medical centers, universities and more. You will also have the chance to lead popular public seminars nationwide with countless opportunities for commissions on product sales.

  • Bachelor´s Degree or higher
  • Polished platform skills with at least two years’ experience training/facilitating groups
  • Real-world business experience and expertise
  • Understanding of and an ability to use experiential training techniques
  • Approachable personality that quickly connects with other people
  • Coachable attitude with a passion for lifelong learning
  • Ability to travel, valid driver´s license, cell phone and access to e-mail
  • Active credit card with a sufficient credit limit (for reimbursable expenses)
  • Training equipment: A laptop, projector and microphone

Our Inside Sales Account Managers don't just sell training: they sell solutions to business' corporate training needs using a consultative sales approach.

The ideal candidate:

  • Must be a disciplined self-starter

  • Must have a strong work ethic and desire to make $$$ (lots of it!)

  • Base salary plus uncapped commissions plus quarterly bonus
