    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Skullcandy.

    Interview

The entire process was very drown out and (to my knowledge) never concluded. Its been almost 7 months since applying and I never found out if the job was filled or not. After waiting a couple months from the interview I'd learned the team had massively restructured and they completely stopped working on hiring for the role, but HR indicated I was still being considered and they needed to spend some time working on it. No updates since. As far as the interview, everything was delayed and behind. I got itinerary for interviews the night before as I was arriving on the plane. My name was wrong on some of the pages of the itinerary, but not others. The meeting rooms were very dirty with food crumbs. Everyone seemed a bit frazzled. Seems like an interesting product line, but it's being managed by some very disorganized personnel.
