SkySlope has a strong product offering, inclusive and great culture, wonderful and smart people, and ambitious goals for 2019.
Collaboration between teams is amazing. Managers care about individual growth and provide learning opportunities on an everyday basis.
Work-life balance is reasonable. Work can be challenging at times, but not at the cost of personal life.
Great future outlook and amazing, smart coworkers.
The company is growing, and with that comes growing pains. SkySlope needs to establish more processes to add the discipline needed with a big company. We don't want bureaucracy, but in growing companies, unfortunately, that's is sometimes necessary.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SkySlope (Sacramento, CA) in August 2015.
Submitted an application and received an email communication within several days regarding a phone interview.
A week after the phone interview, I received an email to set up an in person interview for the next day.
I waited about a week and received a phone call letting me know I would be receiving an offer letter via email.
