I applied online. I interviewed at Skyhawks (United States)

    Interview

It was a very casual interview, mainly focusing on previous coaching or teaching experience, as well as sports experience. If you don't have previous coaching experience (I didn't), don't worry about it, I was asked questions about my personal experiences with good and bad coaches. They just want to make sure that you know the basics of coaching and sports and that you'd be a good fit for working with kids.

Who was the best coach you ever had, and why were they the best?

USA Football also offers a pathway for those interested in playing for the U.S. National Team one day, and Skyhawks will be at the beginning of that pathway.” Read more at skyhawks.com/usa-football-partnership
