I worked at Skyline Chili full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free lunch, fair pay, great tips, and wonderful management! Skyline Chili Customers are some of the best, and it made work go by so much more quickly!

    Cons

Breaks and lunches can be hard to come by, and you could be on your feet for long periods of time. Sometimes you can run out of cheese and get yelled at. But that comes with any service job!

    Advice to Management

    Schedule Lunch and breaks equally!

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Skyline Chili (Cincinnati, OH).

    Interview

Not too long. There's usually an interview with the GM of the store and then another interview with the Regional Manager. It's pretty laid back and usually lasts about ten minutes
