there should be class or set training on what a manager and leads learn so that everyone is on the same page
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Sleepy's (North Dartmouth, MA) in February 2016.
I applied with a recruiter, who did a preliminary phone interview. After the phone interview I set up an interview with the District Manager. The interview with the District Manager lasted about 45 minutes and it felt more like a casual conversation.
