How Zoom + Smarsh Helps Firms Stay Compliant | Smarsh blog
From day one, Smarsh was built on a set of core values that have motivated and sustained us: People First, Inspire Confidence and Embrace the Impossible. We ask that each of our employees ingrain these values in our day-to-day decisions, call on them while serving our customers and our peers, and apply them when building the most innovative products we can imagine.
Our company culture is supportive and inclusive, and benefits from a diverse, global team. We are committed to helping each of our team members develop professional skills and a path forward in their careers. Together — as one team — we listen, collaborate and believe that anything and everything is possible.
I have been working at Smarsh full-time for more than 3 years
Pros- Deep Respect shown to everyone, at all levels - Great colleagues who are highly technical, yet very humble and hungry to learn - Employee friendly flexible benefits plan - very carefully
Cons- Lack of transport facility
Smarsh strives to foster a culture of equality, where every single person in our community feels valued, heard, respected and empowered. We aim to provide employees with a true sense of belonging, regardless of identity or background, and an environment where they can bring their authentic selves
I applied online. I interviewed at Smarsh (United States) in Oct 2020
InterviewI applied online and was reached by a recruiter. I went through a phone screen and she was very nice and enthusiastic. I then took an online cognitive ability test and moved to the next stage where I spoke with the hiring manager. He was very easy to talk to and we had a good conversation. In the end, I wasn't given an offer, but they did communicate with me promptly and provided helpful feedback, which many companies do not take the time to do. Even though I didn't get the job I enjoyed my interactions with them.
