    I applied online. I interviewed at Smarsh (United States) in Oct 2020

    Interview

    I applied online and was reached by a recruiter. I went through a phone screen and she was very nice and enthusiastic. I then took an online cognitive ability test and moved to the next stage where I spoke with the hiring manager. He was very easy to talk to and we had a good conversation. In the end, I wasn't given an offer, but they did communicate with me promptly and provided helpful feedback, which many companies do not take the time to do. Even though I didn't get the job I enjoyed my interactions with them.
