Mission: To partner with quality brands to get their products and services into the hands of consumers.
I have been working at Smart Circle full-time (Less than a year)
Great opportunity. Most who complain or don't succeed, do so because they are looking fir easy money. This is not that. You must work hard to makr things happen. However you will be rewarded on the back end of the work! Great environment and huge personal and sales growth. It is a self driven environment. If you don't succeed, you can only blame yourself.
A little disorganized with schedules.
Advice to Management
Better scheduling. A little more straight foward with interviews.
I applied online. I interviewed at Smart Circle (Oklahoma City, OK) in May 2017.
My interview was for a franchise branch of Smart Circle called C4 Nation Management in Oklahoma City. This job was posted online as a Paid Marketing Intern and Brand Coordinator. This was a lie. It turned out to be an interview for their "management training program," which right off the bat has you working as a sales rep for their sales team. It is a 6-8 month training course that teaches you how to run an office and a sales team, after working as a sales rep.
The interview itself took about five minutes, and I was notified at the end of it that I had passed to the second interview, which was to be held a few hours after my first interview. I was told the interview would be held inside the local Sam's Club at C4's promotional table. After I got out of the interview, I emailed the company and declined to attend the second interview, as the job title posted online was misleading and not what I was looking for at all.
