    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SmartBrief (Washington, DC) in June 2016.

    Interview

    Three hours on site interview, 3 technical guys and a team leader interviewed me, I needed to complete several programming puzzles and gave answers.
    The interview question spans from Java basic, Database concept, SQL query, OOP, to some algorithm question.

    Interview Questions

    • If a java program needs 8 hours to run, and it worked previously, but you take over the program, this time it crashes because of out of memory after 4 hours running, what will you do for that?
      Is Java parameter passes by value or by reference.
      Write some SQL query.
      palindrome algorithm.   Answer Question
