I have been working at SmartRecruiters full-time (Less than a year)
1. Best Sales & Marketing alignment I have ever seen in the software industry. Both departments are lock step in overall strategy and execution.
2. Smartrecruiters has a great brand and excellent messaging that aligns well with legacy recruiting challenges. At the end of the day this means we can help not just companies but individual careers. People want to talk to Smartrecruiters and that makes my job easier.
3. The SDR/EBR team is a well oiled machine that leverages great technology to help the lead generation team go to market and find net new leads for my team. Quite honestly, each and every SDR/EBR qualifies leads like I have never seen before. They set the sales team up for immediate success.
4. The culture is great. There is a genuine desire to help our fellow team members succeed. We will win "As One".
On boarding could be a bit better.
Advice to Management
Don't stop innovating! Keep the momentum going, moral is high!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SmartRecruiters in April 2015.
I applied online. Then I had one first round 30-min phone interview with one PM and two 45-min phone interviews for my second round. The interviewers were very professional. I really enjoyed the conversations. They provided me feedback after I knew the result and reached out to them. Very positive experience
