I have been working at SmartRevenue part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Schedule flexibility
    Every project is different, variety
Meet many different people on the job
    Great communication with managment
    Potentially great bonuses
Pretty good pay for time investment
Potential to grow within the company based on your performance and professionalism
    Validation of hard work
    Communicate through email corporate members

    Cons

Not steady, you may be sitting a few weeks or months out until a project is available in your location, besides that, its a great way to supply your income when projects do come around

    Advice to Management

Have more one on one phone calls to touch base with each ethnographer involved in a project. It would allow ethnographers to have more of a connection with managers, and build a more solid company moral

    Ethnographer Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at SmartRevenue (Dallas, TX) in June 2016.

    Interview

The first interview was conducted by phone, which lasted about 30 minutes. This was more of like a formality. The lady was very friendly and nice. The next process was a Q & A with other managers, supervisors, and Ethnographers which lasted a little over an hour.
