I have been working at Smartbridge full-time (More than 5 years)
I have worked for Smartbridge for many years. I have worked for smaller companies and larger ones, but I have never worked for a company that tries as hard as this one, to place processes and policies that make sense and benefit the employees. Smartbridge hires some of the most talented individuals in the industry and you can tell by the actions of the company that their goals include keeping those employees around for a long time. In the recent years, we’ve added programs like an official mentorship program, a peer-driven rewards program, quarterly sessions to discuss Smartbridge values, quarterly Hackathons, and how to complete a project from beginning to end. We also have an outreach group that brings us all together, volunteering to support the community around us.
We hold ourselves to a high standard. We enjoy working together and collaborating. I like the people I work with and respect them. I like that the career path that you create here is up to you. In my time here I have watched and experienced a lot of growth from within the company. Watching people grow either in their skillset or in the management track. There is something for everyone here.

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Smartbridge (Houston, TX).
I was initially emailed an apology email, denying my application due to not being able to meet my salary requirements. I immediately responded with a question about the possibility of growth and advancement. If it's possible and I can advance then I was willing to negotiate my salary range. My contact, Cheryl is extremely nice, so helpful and very quickly responded to any questions I had. I was told I would have 3 phone interviews and a face-to-face. We giggled about making it to the face-to-face, that it was definitely a good sign. 1 business day after my first phone interview with Cheryl, I was invited to the Smartbridge office for a face-to-face interview. I was extremely excited and surprised. Smartbridge is only about 7-10 mins from my present employer so it was not going to cause a huge interruption.
At the end of the interview, I did ask how long it could take for a decision to be made. I was told anywhere from a week to a week and a half. I'm excited. I learned a lot about the company and I really appreciate what they stand for and the idea of the company as a whole. It's very interesting, very cool and I would be very blessed to become a part of the Smartbridge team/family.
