-Team/Manager support is the best I've ever experienced. Expectations as a new hire are very reasonable. My team and manager are often asking what I need help with and offering that assistance.Cons
There is a very high onboarding learning curve. LOTS of resources also means lots of new software to learn. Sometimes, it's not always clear what is the best resource to go to to get what you need.Advice to Management

Interview
Recruiter screening call, hiring manager, team loop, then mock presentation on a smartsheet process. They send benefits upfront after you pass the first screen with the recruiter which I liked.The interview process was very professional compared to most other jobs I have applied to. They were prompt and got back to me to let me know they were moving on with other candidates. The initial screening was tougher than what I've experienced with other similar roles. The hiring manager mentioned that this was a pretty technical position so I would highlight that experience. They asked about a time I advocated for a customer.

...There is lots of room for internal growth and great work/life balance...I'm encouraged to take time off and I rarely feel overworked or stressed....
