I worked at Smashburger full-time (More than a year)
loves to work with costumer has great social ability's and loves over nights.
afternoon rushes can be really tough on the cooks, and closing is a lot of work and super messy.
Advice to Management
I am super eager to work here and will be really reliable considering i live right across the street, I promise to give my best efforts when working this job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Smashburger (Denver, CO) in September 2017.
It was painful. I had 7 interviews over a 3 and a half month period. I talked to 6 different people and one twice. Good thing I wasn’t in a hurry to get a job. It took forever, and then I didn’t get an offer. Really frustrating, I passed up a really good offer waiting on these clowns.
Smashburger is gearing up for RFDC 2016 hosted by Restaurant Finance Monitor beginning Monday. Be sure to stop by Booth #219 to learn more or message us on LinkedIn if you are attending and want to meet with our team.
