Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Smashing Boxes (Raleigh, NC)
InterviewTwo interviews, one general interview and a design presentation for take home design challenge.
Seemed like an interesting place to work. I was told that they are looking for designers to help build up their design team to take on more projects.
Only negative part about this experience was the untimely responses I got from the hiring manager. Other than that, the interview process was fairly simple and not very challenging.Interview
