they ghost you after interviewing and telling you that “you are an excellent candidate”. what a way to ruin someone’s confidence and ego and leave them depressed when they’re just starting their career! despite all the “amazing” reviews, i do not recommend smith + howard; they treat colored people differently within their environment as well.Interviewhave you taken the fall for another coworker?
