I haven't experienced hardly any cons here, but if I have to come up with something, I would say communication. The job is hard but that is just public accounting.

    I applied online. I interviewed at Smith & Howard (United States) in Oct 2017


    I was excited to be contacted within a few days of applying. I was contacted via email to set up a phone interview. Two days later when I phone interviewed, I spent 40+ minutes on the phone for them to tell me they thought I was overqualified. What I don't understand is my experience is on my resume. Why waste a candidate's time and interview them if you already feel like they are overqualified?
