    I have been working at Snagajob full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Snagajob has continued to push the boundaries on hourly hiring. When pushing boundaries, there are growing pains along the way. Let's be honest, there is no "perfect company" that never has any hiccups along the way.

     If you're someone who enjoys a challenge and is eager to make a difference for millions of workers, Snagajob can be a great place for you. I am coming up on 3 years with Snagajob and have honestly loved it. As you can read with other reviews, the people you work with are top notch. Some of my best friends are Snaggers! I have gotten to know the leadership team throughout the years and I can assure you that they truly want what is best for you (and your family). I won't go into detail, but they seem to always go the extra mile and make you feel very important!

    I love challenges and joining new teams on Snagajob. I am in my third role and have really enjoyed all three. Both my managers have helped me grow as a sales leader and as a person!

    When joining Snagajob, come with questions and ideas on how to improve product. Sit down with LT or your managers and hash out these ideas. I have never felt like I couldn't go to someone and talk.

    Cons

    I would like to see the product and engineering team meet more often with the sales. Personally speaking, I have been able to sit next to engineers for awhile and am amazed at how much synergy we can create and how quick we can move on new ideas that make sense for the customer!!

    Advice to Management

    Continue to be honest with your team. Whenever I have a 1-1 with you all, I feel like we get through topics and come up with solutions. When having a group meeting bring that fire to the meeting and I think you will make more employees feel empowered.

    Application

    I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Snagajob (Charleston, SC) in November 2017.

    Interview

    Overall, the interview process was very straight forward and well laid out by the recruiter. The first round was the standard get-to-know-you recruiter call. The recruiter was great and we had a wonderful conversation about more than just the job description. He dove into a couple areas I had questions about and was more than willing to take extra time to answer my questions.
    The second round, I was setup for an additional phone call with the hiring manager and was more of a deep dive into the role and expectations. She was able to fill in some gaps and gave me plenty of time to ask/answer questions.
    The third interview was an onsite interview where I was able to meet with 4 separate individuals in a few different departments. Snagajob and the whole team was great on working with my schedule and did more than I can say most companies would typically do. Each conversation I had was different and covered different areas on how I would work within their team. A lot of culture fit came into this, but in the end was a lot of good conversation!
    Finally, had a last round call with a Sr. Director, only last about 20 minutes and we just high level recapped the interviews and expectations. Throughout the whole process, the recruiter was amazing and made sure I was informaed and prepared for what to expect and who I was meeting with prior to each interview. He did a great job of covering mine and the companies needs ensuring a great candidate process!
