External headhunter recruiter contacted me and we had a phone screen that was very professional, relevant and standard. Check of experience and skillset to match the role and expectations.
No company preparation instructions was given from Snow software for the interview.
Face to face interview with the hiring manager don't seem to have a company guideline structure or method, or for me just a new angle since it was confusing. Hiring manager said the agenda was only for me to ask the questions, so I did.
They seem to have 4-5 steps in total.
I only did one interview and didn't continue the next steps.
