As a sales rep at Snyk you will win. We don't lose to the legacy vendors, most of our calls start with we the end user saying "we have (insert 1 of 2 companies founded in 2006) we can't wait to rip them out." If your job is to help customers find a better option that is a great starting point. Our customers love Snyk - they are all more than willing to talk to other potential customers about how they ripped out XYZ and here is how Snyk has improved everything. You are only as good as the product you sell and Snyk's engineering team is world class and keeps widening the gap between us and anyone else in the space. 2 weeks ago a CISO said "Your current product offering is ahead of the 12 month roadmap I recently saw from the vendor we use today. Very impressive."
The "Cons" at Snyk would be minor speed bumps at other companies / problems that Snyk competitors would pray to have as they have reps quitting weekly. As a Snyk sales rep we are often pulled in to some non sales focuses meetings that feel like busy work. Again this is a very minor complaint at best. I would take Snyk over any other vendor in this space 10/10 times.

I applied online. I interviewed at Snyk (London, England)
InterviewIt took the team at Snyk several weeks to get back to me. It happens, I guess, but not the best experience for a candidate.
It doesn't stop there, though. The Snyk team asked for availability through a calendar system. They then failed to respond until after all the days I nominated had passed (around 2 weeks). A while later, they asked for more availability. By this time, I had an offer somewhere else, and wasn't going to wait, so I used their system to tell them I would not be continuing.
They ignored this, continued to ask me for availability, then eventually emailed me a very bland "thank you for your time, but we've gone with someone else" email. I didn't even talk to someone, and they're thanking me for my time preparing?
As far as I can see, the entire process is automated, and not very well. I'm guessing this means their HR team is short-staffed and under pressure, so don't expect too much when applying here.Interview
