When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

I applied online. I interviewed at Social Tables (Washington, DC) in Jan 2020

Began with a 30 minute phone screening with both the HR representative and the hiring manager. Following the calls as an in-person interview with the hiring manager, as well as a team member.

Lots of questions about previous experience with closing sales cycles.
