Pros

Socure is the undisputed leader in the identity verification industry, and this has given us a leg up in being able to scale quickly. Most signs are pointing that we'll be doing an IPO in the next

Cons

Socure isn't for everyone. You'll probably put in some long days pretty often, which is normal for a pre-IPO, hypergrowth company. Socure has extremely high standards in just about every way you can

Advice to Management

Make sure that while we grow we keep the culture in tact. Success will only happen if we continue to hire and retain the best and brightest, and being a successful company doesn't just mean hitting

  1. Training Program Manager Interview

    Anonymous Employee in United States
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Difficult Interview
    Application

I applied through an employee referral The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Socure (United States)

    Interview

Ghosted!! Went through a 7-week interview process which included 4 video interviews, one with a Recruiter and three separate executives - one C-Level. All three executives had a vastly different description of the role and couldn't even agree on the job title. During the final interview we discussed an offer sheet but did not include details. I did not hear back from them for two weeks after the final interview despite several emails and phone messages. Finally heard back from the recruiter that I didn't get the job. I doubt they would have contacted me if I hadn't been so persistent.
    Interview

Several questions asked on how I would improve the training process as it seemed their current system was ineffective,
