I work for the corporate segment, it is a great company to work for. there's a good balance between work/personal life. There's been flex time opportunities.
There is more focus on frontline employees, which makes sense because it is about our clients, however, it's hard to get any career growth when you're working on the back end of Sodexo.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sodexo.
One phone interview followed by in person interview consisting of STAR (situational questions) and clinical questions. Phone interview was basic questions about salary expectations etc. Some questions are management focused. Clinical questions are challenging but they just want to see how you respond/react.
