Joe Bellini is a seasoned technology executive having served as a CEO or executive with multiple companies focused on providing software solutions to the Consumer Goods industry segment. After starting his career with General Electric, he went on to lead Oracle’s CPG solution deployments, JDA’s (i2) CPG/Retail industry solutions, IRI’s CPG analytics team, and ONE Network’s CPG/Retail Program and Product Management Division. Joe has also delivered technology solutions to companies in adjacent industries including transportation/logistics, healthcare, electronics, automotive and industrial markets. Joe holds undergraduate degrees in Engineering as well as Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a PMD in Business from Harvard Business School.
Tom Zauli has more than 17 years of experience in sales and sales leadership with start-up software companies, including SES, HyPerformix, Parasoft, rPath, and iTKO. Prior to his career in software sales, Mr. Zauli worked as an Electrical Engineer for GE Aerospace, Martin Marietta, and Lockheed Martin.
Mr. Zauli obtained a Master’s of Engineering and Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He holds US Patents related to techniques for automating the data collection and filtration processes supporting simulation models of complex, n-tier information systems. He is a graduate of General Electric’s Edison Engineering program, advanced courses in Engineering, and business management training programs.
Graham Hulme has more than 15 years of experience in product management and account management roles at software and technology companies. Mr. Hulme’s background also includes more than a decade of advanced knowledge of billing and revenue requirements. Responsible for the planning and execution of product strategy, Mr. Hulme has managed the successful release of industry leading financial software, including the transition to cloud-based, subscription-model products.
Mr. Hulme also oversees the Technical Support, Development, Product Management, and Professional Services teams, and as such manages key relationships with high-profile customers.
David Milligan has more than 25 years of experience working in software and technology companies. At SOFTRAX, Mr. Milligan oversees the implementation of products and works with customers to identify optimal solutions for complex business practices. Mr. Milligan and his teams also support sales activity and prospect needs. Mr. Milligan has provided guidance in a variety of roles during his career, including product strategy, services management, operational management as well as cultivation of customer relationships.
Mr. Milligan has a Bachelor of Science from Boston College, and has continued his education at Bentley University, Boston University, and MIT.
Mark Shane oversees ongoing R&D efforts for SOFTRAX’s billing and revenue management products, bringing over 25 years of development and project management experience to this role. Most recently, he served as Director of Software Development at Massachusetts-based MorphoTrust USA, the leading US provider of identity solutions. Mr. Shane previously held senior technical management positions at a number of US and international companies, including First Data, Way Systems, and CyberNet. Since 1993, he has successfully led DevOps-based projects and product development in areas such as mobile payment, payment security, biometrics, and ID systems.
Mr. Shane graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney with a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Softrax (Boston, MA) in June 2016.
The process was fast, efficient and friendly but a little on the informal side. The first step was a phone screen with the hiring manager followed by an on-site interview one week later. The interview was with the technical lead and the sales lead for the area. The technical lead demoed the software and probed for comfort with the technology and financial concepts. The sales lead focused on approach to teamwork with the sales team and customer relationships.
